Start with the venue’s exposure and use. Aluminium, resin, rope weave, synthetic rattan and timber designs have different finishes and maintenance requirements. Ask us to confirm suitability for the specific chair and location; a material name alone does not establish its outdoor performance.
Can the chairs stay outside in sun, rain or coastal conditions?
Suitability depends on the product, finish and site. Tell us about salt air, direct sun, rain and whether the area is covered. Confirm any UV or corrosion protection, protective covers and storage requirements for the selected chair rather than assuming every design can remain outside all year.
Are stackable or lightweight outdoor chairs available?
If daily movement or storage matters, include it in your brief. Check the selected chair’s weight, stacking or folding capability, maximum stack height and handling instructions before finalising quantities.
Can I specify colours, weave patterns or cushions?
Available colours, weave patterns, cushion options and custom details vary by design. Discuss your palette and outdoor use so the specification and any samples can be confirmed for the products you are considering.
What about cleaning, care and warranty?
