Product Care

Table Tops:

Restrain from using sanitizing sprays, chlorine bleach or any other products that contain alcohol, ammonia or acids in order to protect the lacquer. To protect the surface of the table tops, do not drag any objects over it and restrain from putting sharp or hot objects on the table tops. On glass tops, use a non solvent based glass cleaner and soft cloth. Avoid contact with any wooden or painted sections of the chair. For wooden, laminated, marble and granite tops note that the repeated use of polishes containing silicone might lead to a build-up of a silicone film altering the appearance of the furniture and is therefore not recommended. For granite and marble tops, pay special attention to remove any citrus juices from the surface as quickly as possible as those may damage the appearance of the table tops.

Table Bases:

Do not use any product with chlorine bleaching for stainless steel and brushed chrome. For cleaning use a soft, slightly damp cloth or, for heavier cleaning, a non-abrasive cleaner such as baking soda. Chrome finishes should be polished regularly using standard liquid chrome cleaner. Furthermore, the chrome must be rinsed and dried immediately if it becomes soiled to avoid discoloration.

Wooden Furniture:

Do not expose the furniture to excessive heat from the sun or radiator. Be sure to remove spills of coloured liquids like coffee or wine immediately as those might cause discoloration of the material. Be cautious when moving the furniture as dragging can damage the joints within the wooden furniture. To clean the surface, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry with a lint free cloth. Alternatively, you can use a very mild soap and water solution and dry with a cloth.

Leather Upholstery:

To clean, do not use waxes, spray polishes, saddle soaps or detergents. Instead, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild soap and water solution. Use a light circular motion without exerting too much pressure to protect the upholstery. Do not expose it to excessive heat from direct sunlight.

Fabric Upholstery

To clean occasionally vacuum on a low setting with a soft brush. Immediately clean spills with an absorbent cloth and blotting action. Always work from the edge of the spill inward to avoid spreading. Restrain from using abrasive cloth or rub excessively.
